Right now I need something to create GIFs or BMPs to use in future games. So why not expand my own horizons and make it myself. The features will potentially include what size the sprite or tile can be. They are usually square so I will make them that way.
This is mostly an update of what I am doing right now. When I finish it, I hope to be able to have a link to download the finished product.
